:: IWS connection ::

Two different URL can be used to connect in the IWS site. The one serves for connecting in 'Anonymous' mode and the other one allows to connect to the application in 'Integrated' mode.

After connection in 'Anonymous' mode, the page of login displays. It contains the Identifying fields (login) and password.

The connection in 'Integrated' mode requires no login and password. This 'Integrated' type of connection leans on the parameters of Windows authentification which the IWS user used to connect in his workstation. The level of security is identical to a said connection 'Anonymous' as far as the 'Integrated' mode also leans on a login and a password indispensable to the opening of a working session Windows.

To benefit from this connection mode, it is necessary beforehand to create in the application the integrated users via the functionality 'Users administration' (see Users and profiles). During the creation of the integrated IWS user, it is necessary to type its login such as it appears on the company network, that is with its identifier associated in the name of the domain.

Login

The login and password should have been sent by email by the administrator to the users. For that purpose, the administrator has to tick the option 'Email user for the creation of account ' in the page of creation of a user (see Users and profiles).

It is then enough to seize the information in fields, then to validate.

The controller also has the possibility of communicating by e-mail logins and passwords of connection for all or any of the users via the feature 'Send login and password' of the menu Campaign management.
