:: Users and profiles ::
The administration of the users and of their rights is done using the following model.
Functions
The users functions are a way to create a referential of all the client machines of the program. Then this function will be used to create filters on users matching this criteria. The function is independent from the profile which determine the rights independently from the clients machine.
Profiles
Users profiles should be defined. These profiles are regrouping of access to the different functions and the rights to realize some tasks or not.
These profiles are defined using the menu Users administration > Profiles.
Thereafter they are affected to the users who will profit from the rights affected through the profile.
Users
The users an either be manually created (Users) or imported (Users - Import).
This menu enable to visualise, once the users created, their whole properties.
The informations about the users are very important because a part of them will be displayed in the application to enable the communication between them.
The user menu will display the list of the users.
To edit a user, just click on it in the list. The formulary will be displayed.
Users Report
As indicated in its name, the report menu enable to display a synthesis statement of the users according to some criteria on the profiles and / or the functions and on the fact they are associated to at least one entity on a specific campaign.
Users integrity control
This menu enable to check the integrity of the user's parameters from two aspects: mandatory data and optional data. This report will display the users in which data are missing.
Located in the treeview of the administration menu Campaign management > Send Login and Password this functionality enable the administrator to send the login and the password to the users.
